Simple CRM for small businesses
The CRM that shows which customer needs attention
Keep contacts, leads, opportunities and activities in one place. See your sales process and decide clearly what should happen next.
The Free plan does not expire and needs no card to get started.
Less fragmentation
Your sales need follow-up, not more complexity
When information lives in spreadsheets, notes and separate conversations, it is hard to know who should call, which proposal is still open or how much value is at stake.
CRM essentials
A sales process everyone can understand
Client.coffee brings together the pieces needed to follow a sale without turning CRM implementation into another project.
Contacts and customers
Keep essential details and review sales activity from one shared record.
Qualified leads
Record source, temperature, estimated value, owner and next action.
Opportunities
Control value, probability, expected date, owner and closing status.
Configurable pipeline
Define open stages and won or lost outcomes that match your process.
Activities
Organise tasks, calls and meetings related to each contact or opportunity.
Sales reports
Review leads, open and won value, funnel by stage and acquisition sources.
From contact to close

A lead is registered, qualified and converted with traceability. The opportunity continues through the pipeline until it closes as won or lost.
- Conversion avoids duplicate contacts with the same email.
- Stages and movements remain in the history.
- Value and activity stay linked to the right customer.

Frequently asked questions
Before organising your sales
What Client.coffee manages, how limits work and what happens when you connect other applications.
FeaturesWhat is the difference between a lead and an opportunity?
A lead is a sales contact that has not yet been qualified. When it is converted, Client.coffee creates or reuses the customer and contact and opens an opportunity in the pipeline.
Can I configure the stages?
Yes. You can create pipelines and order their stages while keeping one won outcome and one lost outcome.
Can I use Client.coffee without other applications?
Yes. Contacts, leads, opportunities, activities, reports and exports work independently.
What resets each month?
Allowances for new leads, opportunities and activities. Records from earlier months remain available and do not use the current allowance.
Can I import leads automatically from ads or forms?
No. The current version lets you register and manage them in the CRM, but does not provide multichannel capture or marketing automation.
Does the CRM generate invoices?
No. It can view documents from a connected Invoice.coffee instance, but invoicing belongs to Invoice.coffee.
Can I limit what each user sees?
Yes. Operational visibility can be global, team-based or own-only and combines with instance access roles.
Can I export the data?
Yes. Lists can be exported as XLSX, CSV, PDF, ODS, JSON and TXT while preserving filters and permissions.
